Meet Our Team of Virtual PAs
All of our Virtual PA team members are hand-picked and trained with specialist knowledge of the private therapy industry. As a team we have a diverse skill set and expertise which enables us to draw upon each other’s knowledge in order to provide a wide range of professional administrative and business support services. Our team have extensive knowledge using Qunote working with occupational therapists and case managers, processing their email correspondence, logging activities and uploading documents.
Tracey Clarke – Director
Tracey founded Virtual Administration in 2006, growing a team of Virtual PAs providing professional secretarial / personal assistance to independent therapists, healthcare professionals and other small businesses. She brings 25 years’ experience with a strong background in local government administration, health and business admin. Tracey thrives on developing the business, working with her team and supporting clients with their development and growth. Her dream is to live in Dallas Texas with Virtual Administration based both here in the UK and the USA. See Tracey talk about her Churchill Fellowship in 2010 and further visit to Texas in 2015.
Jamie Macleod – Director
Jamie joined Virtual Administration in April 2010 bringing his technology expertise, his diplomatic approach to work and problem solving skills to the business. His background is in IT and creating original music, producing podcasts and recording live speaking events for the chambers of commerce and working on BBC dramas and short films. Jamie’s passion is music and guitars.
Denise Shaw – Virtual PA
Denise has been working with Virtual Administration since early 2010 and specialises in website content management, internet research and proof reading. Her previous experience has mainly been in the publishing industry. When she isn’t wrestling spreadsheets or hunting down typos she can often be found crocheting or knitting.
Bethan Mason – Virtual PA
Bethan started working with Virtual Administration in early 2014. Her background is in public service, using her strong organisational skills to support senior executives and civic representatives. Bethan enjoys cooking, gardening and helping at her local Beaver scout colony.
Kirsty Joynes – Virtual PA
Kirsty joined the team in February 2015. She brings over five years administrative experience gained in the third sector. Her experience includes project management, budget management, event organisation, payments and minute taking, she particularly enjoys tackling financial administrative tasks. In her spare time Kirsty likes growing her own food and playing badminton.
Bev Defreitas – Virtual PA
Beverley joined the team in early 2016 having previously spent 20 years working within the public sector as an Events/Admin Manager. She has a wealth of experience in administration as an Executive PA and enjoys event and committee management. When not working Beverley enjoys spending time with her family, cats, listening to all genre of music and watching movies.
Katie Griffiths – Virtual PA
Katie joined the team in Summer 2016 and has over 10 years’ experience in supporting senior executives. She has strong communication and organisation skills and specialises in diary management, travel and general PA support. Katie likes playing with her two sons or relaxes by painting and windsurfing (when the weather allows).
Claire Sturges – Virtual PA
Claire is PRINCE2 certified and an experienced Project Manager with a PA background spanning 8 years, including being PA to a Director of Lloyd’s of London. Claire is an ISO 9001 internal auditor and has experience in transcription and high level administration.
Jayme Rodgers – Virtual PA
Jayme has over 10 years’ experience in administration in both corporate and charity settings, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, where she is from. She has a passion for working in the health and care industries, having also had experience working as a Support Worker and running a disability sports organisation. In addition to being a VA, Jayme is a certified AcroYoga teacher and will find a way to be upside-down any chance she gets!
Lisa Pope – Virtual PA
Lisa joined the team in 2018 bringing her valuable experience in the Financial Services Sector. Lisa enjoys Diamond Painting and walks with her hubby and rescue dog.
Chezelle Wilson-Williams – Virtual PA
Chezelle joined the team in 2018. Having enjoyed a career focusing on providing high level administration, PA and project management to leading brands such as Barclays – Chezelle now thrives with Virtual Administration delivering a calm, organised and productive approach to her output. When the laptop is resting and the headset is off, Chezelle enjoys spending time with her family and singing backing vocals in a band.
Maxine Brown – Virtual PA
Maxine joined the team in January 2019 bringing over 20 years administration experience gained from a variety of settings. Maxine has over three years of experience working for a Case Management company in the North East, where she specialised in Qunote, HR and GDPR compliance. When Maxine’s not sat at her computer she can be found riding her horse or walking her dogs.
Gill Wardle – Virtual PA
Gill joined the team in March 2019 bringing a broad and varied administrative background with extensive experience of the public sector and charities. Gill likes the challenge of putting her organisational skills to the test. When not at her desk Gill can be found getting her hands dirty at the allotment or in the garden and can often be found with her nose in a good book.
Nicola Berry – Virtual PA
Nicola joined the VA team in April 2019. Her background is in business management, primarily within the retail supply chain sector. She has strong organisational and communication skills, knowledge and experience of supplier relationships, accounts, corporate governance, project management and administration. Nicola enjoys walking, boating, travelling and reading.
Virtual Administration provides an incredible service – I can e-mail dictations to them which they type promptly with close on 100% accuracy.
