There is a wealth of bespoke online practice management systems with excellent telephone and email support.  Take a look at the different reviews below, each showing their monthly cost per user.  It is important that you look carefully at their websites to view their features and costs for user licences.  Most offer a 30 day trial.

Qunote has been designed to support the needs of Case Managers working both in the office and in their clients’ homes.  It has a database for other important contacts who are relevant to a patient, including Solicitors, Deputies, GPs, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and friends and family of the client.  You can send and receive emails within the system.  The great benefit is that you can restrict a user’s access in almost any way you wish, to certain areas of the system, or to specific clients or groups of clients.
